We have scheduled your appointment time exclusively for you. Your appointment will be confirmed 24 to 48 hours in advance. Should you receive a message requiring confirmation of your appointment, we would appreciate a return call.
A minimum of a 24 hour notice is required for cancellation or changes in treatment.
Due to the increasing demand for appointments, there will be a $15.00 fee
for clients failing to cancel within 24 hours of their appointment time.
We realize that there may be some unforeseen circumstances, and will make exceptions accordingly.
